How do I form a concept of self first and then, the concept of auto shapes, habits. This becomes a self calling, backing and perpetuating the cycle.
Now, as you read this article, all what you see in your life and the world around you is defined with the context of your notion self. the quality of your life in all its bearings is the quality of your notion self. The theory that they have about you is what’s manifest events of your life and the meaning which attaches to these events; this becomes your true experience of life; your personal truth.
